    Cool Should I go for ViewSonic VX2253MH-LED 22" monitor @17,700 BDT ?

Hi guys need some suggestions about ViewSonic VX2253MH-LED 22" monitor. Newly arrived in BD and price is 17,700 BDT. Source : http://www.ucc-bd.com/vx2253mh-led.html . Or is there any better buy in this price? Not possible to import monitors as shipping charge is too much for monitors, so please suggest me from the available one's in BD

Normally according to budget rule, dealers have to pay double tax rate for monitors more than 20 inch. That is why we see a big price jump between less than 20 inch to greater than 20 inch monitors....

may be u r right about UCC but with the double tax rate gone other brand's monitors will enter the market and they should be priced a lot lower .....I got this information from a monitor importer who is kind of close of me......

I had a Samsung 19" monitor 5 years ago which has a 2ms response time. But is this really needed for him?

Even if he is into gaming, it shouldn't be a priority because 2ms response serves more for marketing rather than a feature.

MS228H is a decent monitor, I'm using one right now. And as long as you aren't accustomed to IPS monitors, you'll love it.

MS228H is a decent monitor, I'm using one right now. And as long as you aren't accustomed to IPS monitors, you'll love it.
Well I'm for gaming, watching movies and browsing, but ya 2ms rt is not my major concern, I want the best quality in this price range and I am open for taking suggestions

well hdmi,2ms response etc all are marketing bullshits rather major technical features ....in most of the cases u won't find any difference ....I used to use a normal 19" samsung lcd and about a year ago bought asus ms228h and according to me there is no significant difference ....regarding the price of these hdmi ...2 ms bla bla featuring monitors I think they are disappointments. Its better to buy a normal decent lcd and spend the extra cash on a good GPU

@the da extractor Don't go for Viewsonic VX2253MH, I have seen some reviews and average review is 3.5/5, better go for VX2250WM, has good reviews and cons-no HDMI, that is if you determine on buying viewsonic. Better go for one of these :
    1. Samsung PX2370 - 23"
    2. ASUS VH236H - 23"
    3. Viewsonic VX2250WM - 22"
    4. Samsung B2230 - 22"
    5. ASUS VW224U - 22"

Though I don't know which one's available in BD other than that Viewsonic. Please post here if you find those brands in BD with shop names
