[WTB]LCD Monitor

One of my friend is looking for a LCD monitor.. He wants to use it as a TV by putting a TV Card..
So, what he needs is:

At least 15" monitor..
The monitor has to be in a really good condition..
Resolution or Response Time doesn't matter..

Budget: Around 4,000tk.. He might increase it..

I guess he will be able to come to a deal with this budget as 1024x768 supported monitors wont be pricier..

amar ekta 15" LCD ase.. Samsung 151s.. resolution 1024x768.. response time 25ms.. 2004 shaler.. 5 years used.. eita sell korle ki 4k er beshi pabo?

i asked him today.. he said he cant go more than 4,000.. 4,000 hoile kinbe.. aar jigesh korse je kono disturb ase naki..
