One question regarding HSC 2012 rescrutiny(This is very important)
A friend of mine was appearing for the second time at hsc exam this year.His physics 1st paper exam was good.But physics 2nd paper exam went very very wrong.He couldn't write anything.He said he would get like 3-4 marks.At that time he wrote something like a letter asking for help to the teacher close to the last page of the khata,so that he may pass with both papers combined.He also wrote his own mobile number.No call came from anyone.And he didn't pass that subject,results came last month as you all know.He got 'F' grade on that subject.
From the rules given on the admit card,he should have got cancelled or expelled.
He didn't get expelled or cancelled,thanks to God.
He applied for rescrutiny(punor nirikhon) for Physics subject.A few days ago he learned from the Dhaka education board website and told me that the khatas will be re examined again.Now he is in big mental pain.He is scared if they re-examine the khata they will surely look at that page where he wrote that letter like writing.Now he is very scared what if they mark his khata as cancel now and change the result to cancelled.This will destroy his life.
But I am not sure if they will make the first already published result more worse.
Do any of you have any idea or know something about this?I mean can this happen,have any of you ever heard the published result going worse after rescrutiny?This is important please tell me all that you know.
