Default Suggest me Processor, motherboard, ram, ODD, GPU, PSU, casing and UPS. Budget 75k(max)

As the title says i am gonna buy those parts a week before eid. max budget is 75k. And obviously my purpose is gaming.
And about those parts, well, overclocking ability isn't too important. Upgradability isn't important either. And about ups backup time - 10-12 minutes will do.

I already have a plan, but will change according to your suggestions. Here it is-

    Processor - i5 3550
    Mobo - giga b75m d3h
    RAM - 4 giga
GPU - This time i am a little biased towards nv. May wait for a good gpu. *cough*660ti*cough*
    Casing - TT commander ms-i
    PSU - TT smart 550w
    ODD - ?
    UPS - ?

What do you guys think? Feel free to post your suggestions.

Also if u can, post the cheapest prices and the shops from where i should get them

AVOID Commander casing AT ALL COST! AVOID! AVOID!

    - - - Updated - - -

Front ventilation is very very poor. Poorer than even V3, lots of jagged front edge which will be a dust heaven in the long run. Lots of curves which are uncleanable. If you are clever enough you can do good cable management with v3/v4 as well. My personal preference is v4. Very good air intake system.

That shouldn't be an issue if it can pass air alright, if you didn't try, you can't really tell. If your fan is strong enough to pull through it is yet another question.

OWW! I really liked the looks of commander ms-i. Btw thanks for pointing those out. Is there any other good casing with cable management within 4.5k? What about inwin mana 136? That looks even cooler.

Man! U r really helpful. Brace urself for some MEGA REPU

    - - - Updated - - -

    Btw i have some questions.
    1. Will the stock cpu cooler give me decent temps or will i have to buy some aftermarket cooler to keep it safe?

    2. 7950 is now 36k. Should i pull the trigger at it or should i wait for 660ti?

    3. What about optical disk drive? Can u suggest any specific brand?

    4. I have a PATA 320 gb hdd. Because of the high price of hdds, i am not planning to buy one this time. Instead i am planning to use a converter. Will it reduce the performance of my hdd?

ID:	24110 Im running the stock cooler which is pretty fine unless you plan to OC over 4.2Ghz. (The pic was taken when all 6 Thunderblades were running at full 1800rpm.)

    2. WAIT FOR 660Ti.

    3. Very slightly. Not noticeable unless you do benchmarks.
