Default Explorer crashing in windows 7

i'm using windows 7 32 bit. most of the time when i turn my bluetooth adapter on, windows explorer crashes, screen freezes and the dialog box appears "windows explorer has stopped working.... check online for a solution and restart the program bla bla bla...". what i do then is press ctrl+alt+del frequently to bring up the lock screen and then the cursor moves again, i place it to center of the screen so that when i go back to the freezed screen by pressing esc the mouse pointer is on the "restart the program" then i start clicking the mouse frequently and after 5-6 clicks explorer restarts and avoid a system restart.

but recently the rate of crashing increased. even when i insert a flash drive, explorer crashes... any particular update available to fix the problem??

reinstall bluetooth driver, scan your c drive for errors from properties>tools,
i'm not sure whether this will work or not, you may give it a try.
I don't know why but scanning c drive solved explorer crashing problem for me many time.

You could try reinstalling the driver for bluetooth, and if possible, check the driver installation file isn't corrupted and its for your hardware
