I was using 1mbps qubee line through a Tower Modem (which is basically a gigaset + wifi router I guess)
I don't know the account name n password.
From control panel admin page i removed the account name/password eventually after my line was expired this month.
It's not connecting anymore. Previously the behavior was that it would take me to the qubee billing page, now it doesn't connect.

Codex Is the account name/pass required for the tower modem? I tried to reset the device pushing the reset button for 10s, nothing actually happens.
Or should i take the device to customer care as i don't the username/pass as it was given to me from office.
