Dont know the current price.. but 1 month earlier the price of

9600GT was 12500 and 9600GT xXx was 13500.
4850 was 16500.

today iv' just seen 8800GT 256MB @ UCC @10500tk. Say if um playing at 1024x768 always wud this card be much different from the 8800GT 512 version?

yup @ GT3600 - I'v seen it alright.... 8800GT 256MB

ajke dekhlam @ UCC... I'v checked few reviews and what I get is, it performs quite well in 1024x768 and 1280x1024. If you go higher, detailed games may eventually crash, because the card does not have much ram to push it there.

I guess it'll be a quite better card when compared to the 9600GT which is now roughly the same price. The 8800GT 256MB has only a slight fps drop when compared to the 8800GT 512MB in lower resolutions.

I am considering it for now... but i dunno... when i get a bit free i'll get one. Ques is which one...
