The DX11 implementation only, DX9 works just fine, and patches sort the problem out for DX11.

DX11 only. Patch improved some things but the performance was still sub-par.

Y U NO UNDERSTAND HE WORKS FOR EVGA SO HE GETS SPECIAL EDITION GAMES WHICH RUNS OVER 60 FPS xD

Don't forget, they're supplied with exclusive PhysX edition of Battlefield 3, Crysis and Crysis 2 which provides superior PhysX and performance on nvidia cards.

ah i see... thats what i though as well, cause it ran pretty well on dx9 even in xp... i just dont get why dx11 takes such a hit on fps... crysis 2 runs flawlessly on dx9 but slows down to a mere 30-40 fps when in dx11 mode with 560ti.... i know that dx11 has all the bells and whistles but i believe that the lacking is definitely from the software side...
