use xbox 360 controller emulator for any usb generic gamepad...

configure ur gamepad in xbox360ce before using it...then copy and paste it to "EA Sports\FIFA 12\Game" folder...ur right analog stick will be 100% working...try different skill moves too........

For me i use fifa 11's button data.ini file.. Dont use any emulator
