motherboards don't consume much. only 6 to 10 W. HDD's each 10.9W max & ODD's each 22W, two cooler fan will consume 15W max.

yet LP430 should be changed.

1 question: Can 9500GT be used for Physx while using 7850?

nvidia has locked that up.if nividia driver detects any radeon card it disabled the physx option now maybe.

You can use it fine with your 9500 but you have to use old nvidia driver and physX old software btw 9500 will really wont help you in high physX related games . .using 9600gtx or 9800 or equivalent will do fine btw who cares about physX this days. .

Offcourse there are modded drivers. But PhysX itself is overrated and only a small handful of games implement it properly so yeah its a pretty much waste.
