Get the 2600k cpu and no intel motherboard, get msi-z77a-gd65 or gd80 motherboard or gigabyte z77 ud3 or ud5 or asrock er z77 ex3 or ex4 , all of then are good .
And tt ock cooler for overclocking .
Gfx card, 7870hd or 7850hd , which suits u. Both are good. According to @Vanguard gigabyte 7850hd is coming @22k , look for it. And about psu , tt smart 650w if possible.

    Oh, a bigger monitor.

i dont know about the current market prices, but since u want this rig to power up graphical designs and rendering, get a workstation gpu (nvidia quadro or ati firepro).

    i7 3770 - 29k
    Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H - 12k
    Sapphire HD7850 - 25k
    1TB Samsung 7200rpm HDD - 10k
    Twinmos 1600mhz 4GB x4 - 8.6k
    Thermaltake V4 Case - 3.5k
    Thermaltake Litwpower 650W PSU - 6.5k
    Samsung 18.5" Monitor - 8.5k

Total sums upto around 103k or so, you can bargain the prices down i guess. :/

    And, neither 2600k, 2700k, 3770k or 3820k are available here now, 3770, 3820 and 3930k are available.
NXGT? LOL. It's NZXT and again, no NZXT products here.
    No Corsair products too.
Intel boards suck, so go for the Gigabyte Z77 motherboard.

Since graphics designing is a priority, you should get at least a 21" display (best if IPS but not sure if it's available) and then have everything else fit in.

I'd say TWO 22" IPS at least...then fit in other things.

You don't need 16GB memory. 8GB is enough. There is also no reason to waste money on aftermarket coolers. Things you should focus on:
    - Monitors
    - CPU
    - GPU (mid range)
    - a good branded PSU
The abuse of greatness is when it disjoins remorse from power.

I don't think he is at a point where he needs 2 monitors, he can always get one later one. Why OC related stuff was suggested is beyond me lol.

Don't overspend on the motherboard btw, you need a strong combo of CPU and GPU. A H67 and 2700K won't be bad either. H67 because it has Intel QuickSync which you can use to drastically boost video processing work if you know how. There's always Z68 MOBOs to allow you to overclock (if you want) the 2700K and use QS. But that's upto you.

1 for aayman bro he said everything and you can also use this extra budget for gpu. Get a non k ivy i7 series processor with h67 and buy a high end gpu like 7950 or gtx 580 as you are going to work on graphics designing and yes if you can saveup some money, then get ssd too

7950 or 580 are not workstation gpus. :S

OP should get a workstation (opengl) gpu not gaming (directx) based one
SSDs would be a way better option rather than 'K' series processors

Aren't the Quadro and Firepro GPUs crazy expensive? I don't think he needs that, Quadros cost like $2000 lol

quadro and firepros are compatible for normal gaming? He also mentioned that he will also play games with this setup so getting a gpu like 7870 or gtx 670 (dont know how will they work as workstation pc) will be a good setup and as there is no gtx 670 available yet in bangladesh so 7870 is the only hope
