Street Fighter doesn’t seem like a good candidate for the live-action treatment. This is a game about Indian yoga masters whose arms can stretch to over 10-feet beating up furry green men from Brazil. Blonde dudes with mullets can spontaneously generate fire from their hands. You know what happens when you try to make a live-action Street Fighter? You end up with Jean-Claude Van Damme beating up Raul Julia. No one wants that again.
Capcom’s going to give it the old college try however. MCV reported on Friday that Capcom is working on Street Fighter: Assassin’s Fist, a live-action television series developed with Assassin’s fist Limited. The series is the brainchild of actor Joey Ansah.
The story will follow Ken and Ryu as the train with their master Gouken in the Ansatsuken martial arts discipline.
“Street Fighter: Assassin’s Fist will be what fans have been waiting for,” said Ansah, “Legacy was a taster; a glimpse of what a live-action Street Fighter should be. This takes the story right back to the start—the origins and motivations of Ryu, Ken, Gouken and Akuma. This will become the definitive back-story from which further epic adventures will follow.”

yeah, the ending was so not whats its meant to be... i mean, they will practically fall to the ground [due to the way they were moving in the last scene] in the next scene instead of clashing with each other in the next scene... buy yeah, it way better than anything i have seen relating to SF Live action movie...
