Removed all replies except first 3 which are quite valid and in context.
Setting a much higher than reasonable price and then asking to go PM only is a sign of trying to get more money from newbie buyers (even if you say price is negotiable) which is not this place is for.
If you want to go PM only like this, do not set any asking price. Instead ask buyers to offer something and you do your counter offer.


PS: Next one posting in here without the intention to buy will get warning. Simple as that.
