    Default settin up wifi at home

    i was thinking of setting up wifi at my home. is it possible with btcl without actually getting their help? i got that huawei white modem.

    You need a router or at least a cheap wifi adapter.

    most routers come with a easy setup disk so that you can set it up easily without any honed knowledge.

    hmm... i bought that one for 2499 from excellence or sth named shop [the distributor of tplink products i think] and using a wifi setup... and like everyone said, its actually really very easy to do... make the computer network adapter 'obtain ip address automatically' enabled and set the current(btcl) ip address and gateway and dns primary etc in the router through web browser.... and u r done... but for some reason, i get slow torrent speeds when using wifi on my desktop than the wire but otherwise, streaming and web browsing and download works like a charm...

    so u guys are telling me that after i buy a router, i connect that to my dtop & just follow the screen instructions to setup the wifi connection. nothing else needed for my pc?

    Internet cable > Router > PC. Configure kora easy. Web control panel ase.
