We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences that you have been facing while playing online games.
We refer to our telephone conversation with you today at (my phone number). Please be informed that the problem might occur due to the IP series you are getting after modem gets connected and we received confirmation from our advanced technical team that this problem is not dependent on modem. However, it may be solved by availing Real IP. We would like to inform you that QUBEE provides Real IP to the monthly package users holding a package of minimum 1 Mbps and above. Please also be informed that to apply for a Real IP, the user needs to submit the photocopy of the QUBEE registration form, photocopy of his Trade License, and an application on the company letter head along with the QUBEE Real IP allocation form.
We also regret to inform you that we are unable to provide you the admin password for Rover modem as it is against our business policy and threat to modem’s security as well.
Please feel free to call our 24/7 Call Centre at 02-8959911 or 09604078233 if you require further assistance.

how come some one's name is Nahmid, sounds like a serial killa to me XD
I see no 'batpari' there, as a company, they're rightfully allowed to do everything they told you.
If you don't like it, find another company.

No, they're allowed to regulate as they deem required to protect their network.
A large part of the authentication is local for wimax, if that were to get compromised, that'd be -,- for qubee.
While it is logical they would usually give you the password, in this case, they don't want to. You're not dealing with fraud, you're dealing with draconian company policies, there's a difference.
It's always been like that even with Gigasets, the older ones. Call them and keep asking, I guess. It paid off for Gigaset users.
Password for that one was [email protected], try variations of this. Maybe one will work `-`
