Default Suggest me Monitor & GPU

    Ok here is it....
Planning to buy a new monitor... 23-24"
Budget: Not an issue (But it doesnt mean that I ll go insane)
Although I am nt sure when I ll be able to manage time from my busy schedule to buy it.
And along with buying new monitor a new issue might come. About buying a new GPU as well. As I dnt have my cute sweet GTX 460 anymore (Taken away by a cousin).
By the way I dont have time to play games anymore, consider it when suggesting gpu(and i wont go for oc).though I try to play abit in offdays (which is only 1 day per week). So gaming isnt the sole purpose behind buying new GPU.
Budget for GPU isnt that much an issue as well bt again I ll not go insane..
No plan to update other components of my rig in next few months (6-8).

    Suggest me Model Number/Brand/Price
And if possible where I can get those ?

Monitor: LG E2240T 22 Inch around 15k / Asus ML239H 23 Inch around 24k / Asus VE247H around 26k (Just some reference prices most brands prices are somewhat similar)
GPU: AMD Radeon 7750 around 11k / AMD Radeon 7770 around 14k/ AMD Radeon 7850 around 25k (If ur an nvidia fan there is no keplar bang for buck gpu like gtx 660 out yet, but if budget is not a factor then go for the GTX 670 or else get the last generation gtx 560)

You can find these products from BCS Computer City / Multiplan Center in dhaka.

We live in a insane country... 22" monitor is 15k and 24" is 26k (Although 24" one is asus.. I guess that one is better than the LG one) I already had that one in mind....

About GPU although I am nt biased to Nvidia still my preference goes to Nvidia.....
For GPU - Low power consumption is what i prefer... (Energy saver )

@gogeta Current 7XXX series radeon cards consumes less power and exhales lot less heat than last generation cards, so i think its what u are looking for. If u dont game a lot 7770 HD would be best best balance between price/performance ratio and u can game on 1080p resolution too. GTX 670 will be available by next month i think, probably will go for somewhere around 35k.

24" monitor is counted as tv and that's why there is a huge tax on it.

    Cool

    @gogeta

if price is not a big deal then I would suggest you to buy SAMSUNG LED rather then viewsonic. SAMSUNG rated higher then viewsonic in all review I guess. Go for this one slim and excellent color contrast. SAMSUNG 23" Class LED Monitor with MagicAngle

btw what about Sapphire 7870 ghz edition OC (2GB)
    http://www.ucc-bd.com/sapphire-hd787...sion-full.html

How much power does it consumes.. as well as cooling system.
Is it good compare to GTX670?
And what about in 1080p gaming. Although I wont gonna play much bt atleast I ll try sometym.
And is there any Asus DCU edition of the card available? (Prefer factory OC)
I wont b using any external cooler*

670 way better than 7870........................and all the latest gen cards consumes less power even nvidia cards
670 is better bang per buck, priced same as 7870, but performs almost same as 7970, 680........................see some reviews
and there is DCUII version of 670
