It does not have any flash version.

    Default Gametypes - explained

Unreal Tournament is a fast paced FPS, and it has little in common with other FPS titles out there like Call of Duty, Battlefield etc. Things are pretty “unreal”, as the name suggests. I hope you have discovered that by now. The dissimilarity ranges from weapons through vehicles to gametypes. If you are coming from a non-UT background (you most probably are), you may find these confusing and a little too fast paced.

First lets have a look at the gametypes.

Deathmatch: Every player can kill each other. The player with the most frags (= kills) wins.

Team Deathmatch: Team based deathmatch action. The team with the most total frags wins.

Capture the Flag: Your team must snatch the enemy flag from their base and returning it to their own base. If the flag carrier is killed, the flag is dropped and anyone from the opposition can return it to its origin by simply touching it. It will automatically be returned to its origin after a specific time if nobody captures/returns it. To score, the two flags must touch each other. So, you must have your own flag in your base to be able to score. Players are equipped with a translocator (a personal teleporter).

Vehicle Capture the Flag: Just the traditional Capture the Flag with vehicles. Players are equipped with a hoverboard instead of a translocator. No other vehicle but the hoverboard is capable of carrying the flag.

Warfare: Your team must destroy the enemy power core located at their base. To put down its shields, you must occupy nodes linked to each other in a certain pattern in a 'connect the dots' fashion. It also features countdown nodes which can give your team access to powerful vehicles or trigger helpful events that your team can use to their advantage.

    Duel: Classic 1v1 deathmatch.

Greed: Enemies drop skulls when they are killed. Deliver them to their base to earn points. If you die, you drop the skulls you were carrying. Skull size, color and value depends on your killstreak.

Betrayal: A pseudo-team based action. Freelance players are randomly placed on 'teams'. Bonus points are earned through kills. Any player may betray the team to keep the bonus points for himself/herself. After this incident, the rogue teammate will be hunted by the ex-teammates for 30 seconds. If the teammates can hunt the traitor down, they are awarded extra points. Otherwise, the traitor keeps the points and is randomly assigned to a team again after the timeout.

They are just the basic rules. They can be customized through game rules or by adding mutators.

If you really want to get into0 this game, I suggest you get the Titan pack. It adds the awesome Titan mutator, adds 'Greed' and 'Betrayal' game modes, two characters and five new maps.

And last but not the least, use google. Liandi archives contain useful information about the gametypes, weapons, pickups, mutators and in-game awards in detail.
