Today I made a Huge Mistake .. Just For fun , me and My freind decided to open a sell Thread for 580 .. My freind Bet that seller Will honor the Warranty If sold it at 30K , but I bet that He will never Tolerate this thing .. Thats why I posted ad In Cellbazar , Clickbd and pro update to see HOW seller React this thing .. Yaa , It sounds Stupid , but yaa , we really did that Thing ... But He React very badly .. I was always Joking with him , But he take something for serious ... He accused me For
1. Persuading (I offered him Chocolate , Ice cream , and finally 5% of the profit )
2. Cheating
3. MAnupulating
4. Hiding
5. Lying
6. Overpricing (Btw people Buy their HDD for 4.5K and now they are selling this at 7K+ more , isnt that Wrong ?)
etc etc .. ya I Made some mistakes , but I never did Those things Intentionally ... I am Sorry for my Stupidity , U should also feel Sorry for ur lame logic .. I got offer for 26K(without warranty) , 27K(without warranty) , 6950 2Gb with 1.5years warranty + 10K cash (without warrnty) , 4-5 offer for 30K (with warranty) .. But i refused all of this Offer .. Even I can sell this GPU Silently , and no one Will find about it ... BUt I have no intention of cheating thats why I made a Post in BG .. not for selling actually , just wanted to see that Aayman bhaiya will honor the warranty Or not .. But he make the thing worse Btw i am Sorry For everything i did .. This is ur Group , SO u can do whatever U want

This is where it all went wrong. The reasoning is vague and stupid, you or your friend for that matter never should have done such a thing in the 1st place. Well of course aayman bhaiya would take it seriously, he did say that he would not honor the warranty if you sold it off to someone else and being EVGA unlike Gigabyte/MSI(which offer serial based warranty) they would not honor your warranty as it's tied to the original owner(in which this case- aayman bhaiya) as it's registered to him. Also labeling a 10yr warranty votes a lot of confidence for potential buyers, but the original owner still has to manage this by sending it over to EVGA and back(pay for shipping) and all the other hassle(ticket/managing things over with EVGA reps, providing scenario of what went wrong if asked, etc etc)?

When he 1st started his thread for his 580s, he could have clearly said no warranty and let them go as it is, but he did this just to let his buyer no that he'll take care of it in the event something goes South, after all 30k, hell even 25k is a lot of money. I don't know what happened between you guys in FB, as it's non of my business, but one of the reasons being him only giving this offer in BG was that he trusted BG members more so than FB group or ClickBD(and yes, even ensured warranty so that whoever gets the card can have a smooth sail) even if this is out of the norm and being an EVGA card from overseas(wherein BD no one would give you this warranty for a EVGA or similar brand).

He got both the cards from overseas, he's eligible for a discount. But you guys are not, yet you got it for 25k, which is a ¤¤¤¤ing steal and moreover also gifted with the opportunity to have warranty, should you ever need it. You could have honored his words and I believe he clearly stated that he won't provide warranty if the card is sold again to another party. Fine it's his decision, and you have every right over the card as you clearly spent money for it but why make such a fuss about it, making things worse- it was just for fun!?

The day he got the card, he was really excited and PMed me the minute he confirmed his deal there in the US. The screenshot in that thread, is wrong. No one in the right set of mind will sell a single GTX580(that too, fully working, EVGA, unregistered) for below $220(and this happened 6months ago), it's just common sense, I fail to see how that even came as a logical explanation for being unethical. You are not paying the shipping cost/plane fare/luggage space/the hassle of carrying/bring it safely to BD and all that, does it sound ethical now?

When we were at his house, I wanted to see the 580s myself, but they were still packed in the luggage and we were having a conversation about the price of the cards. He clearly said it was $80 he was losing, and there's no way he can profit from having those sold at 25k each. Pardon me but it was really wrong of you to say that in the shop thread.

As I said before I'm done with threads like this, it creates a lot of confusion between members and staff alike. Sunshine would be another one, and I won't say a thing about this. It's clearly your wish if you want to stay or leave, and no don't quote stuff like "eta tomader forums, tomra ja icha korba"- NO, this is wrong. Eta amader forums na, ekta forum kokhono eka ekjon er hote pare na, it's there for you members, and will stay that way. We are just here to help you guys and shape up the forums for the best and make it unique and give as much as freedom to the members using it. But you guys still take things way to sentimentally and one word from the staff/mod and you guys start crying about leaving and this is just pathetic.

If you are still here and reading this, I'll say forget about the past. Apologize to aayman bhaiya, and solve this mist of confusion between you guys and don't do stupid things like betting on sth futile like this and end up this way.

I don't know what he said to some of you to convince you guys that I am not thinking straight, but so far, no one has showed a bullet proof reason why I should honor warranty if it is sold to someone else, my card and warranty services were sold to him, you don't need to be a lawyer to deduce that. Despite that I said I would honor it if it is sold at 25k or less, yet I'm the bad guy?
