    Intel Core i3 2100 - 10700
    MSI H61M P23 - 5200
Sapphire Radeon HD 7850 GHz edition - 25000
    Gigabyte Superb 550p (550 Watt) - 5900
    Western Digital 500GB (7200RPM) - 7500
    Transcend 1333MHz DDR3 2GB - 1000
    Transcend 1333MHz DDR3 2GB - 1000
    Asus 24x DVD-R - 1700
    Total: 58000

About CPU : Now, don't be discouraged that its a i3. A i5 paired with a cheap GPU is not actually gaming ready. Thats why I concentrated more on GPU than the CPU.

About PSU: This is the cheapest 550watt. But Gigabyte Superb has bad reputation. However, this is the new generation of superb series. Therefore I am not sure if its as shitty as before. Could be good. But I suggest you increase you'r budget and get a Thermaltake SMART 550 (550watt) which is 7.5K.

About GPU: There are no GPUs below HD7850 that will be good enough. I mean, There is the 7770, but its your choice if you want to take that to save money. There are Nvidia GTX 560 and GTX 560ti available for 20K and 26K respectively. Its your choice again.

    About whole setup:
Don't forget to haggle. This is the maximum amount. If you buy parts separately don't forget to bargain for best price and if you buy whole setup from same shop, be sure to get yourself a large discount. You can tweak everything to make the setup cheaper. But remember a good GPU is very important for a gaming rig.

The H67 and H61's have nothing awesome in them. P67 is good. OC ready. 1600MHz+ RAM support. But P67s are very rare nowadays. Infact I haven't seen one lately. I would suggest, you get the Thermaltake Smart 550watt PSU. And if 7850 is out of stock you can take MSI GTX560ti Hawk Edition or ASUS ENGTX560ti DirectCU II TOP Edition.
