    Default Urgent help needed!

    Straight to the point,my windows is not loading,just after showing the welcome message it shows the blue screen.and pc restarts.I didnt make any hardware changes.pc was shut down property last time.I can boot into safe mode though.Any suggestion what to do.I am getting ready to do a windows reinstall.My os is w7.
