    Talking An ISP ONLY For DOWNLOADING local torrents (e.g. torrentbd) at high speeds

    Like the name suggests I'm looking for an ISP That is suitable for downloading stuff such as Anime,PC Games from Local Torrents(FTP's) at high speeds such as TorrentBD, i want to keep it under a very tight budget like 300-400tk , i don't care of the international speed(even if its 6kb/s or 8kb/s) i just need high speeds in torrents such as torrentbd and/or any other local torrents.

    Ohhhh god, i had Speedtech in 2010 and cancelled it in August, i used to pay 1100tk for 20 KB/s and it would even Disconnect during load shedding (i was ripped off), but their FTP Services from which i used to download a large number of movies but not animes, im not sure it has changed but can you check to see if it has the latest movies and animes such as Naruto Shippuden, Please, i can take speedtech at anytime since i still have the cables to connect to them. @mahadi360

    if you have any other questions,you can ask
    What is the Exact Download Speed of the FTP Server it was about 2mb/s, 2 years ago and can you specifically check if there are Anime(Bleach and Naruto Shippuden) since i can download Movies with my BanglaLion Connection and i want to use SpeedTech and Banglalion Both Simultaneously.

    Go for BTCL. Will have to go through a little hassle when setting it up but it's well worth it considering that you have no good ISP in your area.

    You can also follow what mehedi said.

    Well Because I Use the Banglalion Safari 14 Package, so i'm restricted to go on a downloading frenzy including animes, what i really wanted to do was use Banglalion to get things i need to do done,e.g,Youtube Channels,web browsing and blogging and some XXX Rated stuff (Actually 60% of my bandwidth is dedicated to that stuff) and use A Broadband Connection like Speedtech or Brisk to Play Online Games like CSS(Banglalion is Horrible for online Gaming) and download Anime's and Movies for a cheap price.

    @Nikomia I'd love to get BTCL but the only problem is BTCL isn't Connected to BDIX nor has any local torrents or even TorrentBD, plus i'm pretty sure they have some problems in my area since its close to Sher-E-Bangla.

    I live in ChandMia Housing. You do know where that area is. Very near yours. So far, other than the occasional disconnection problem, I haven't faced any problem whatsoever with BTCL.

    BTCL is useless if the package is below 1 Mbps due to the fact it has no BDIX.
    You won't be able to play CS:S with that.
    While with speedtech you'd be able to play in Angeldrops via LAN but I doubt you'll be able to play in ZX,BG,etc if it doesn't have BDIX connectivity. Your best bet would be to keep the BL since it has BDIX.
    And Uturn has a large FTP but their packages are unreasonably expensive and no real ip/bdix/Fibre Optic connectivity.Their upstream provider is BTCL via Fibrenet and they've below half internet speeds at "peak hours" though 12 MB/s LAN sharing enables which is a plus point but it also overloads the entire network. So it can be officially called worse than Wimax.

    I Looked at their packages and it was 500tk for 96-128 kilobits per second, i might take it if its here,but what type of anime does it exactly have in their Large FTP, and at most i'll be using Broadband only for a month.
    @mahadi360 thanks

    Not anime. Though, with you looking for antiquated series, dunno about that.

    I just directly deal with xdcc/torrents these days, local torrents were never worth it for anime.
