Default suggest some online c++ learning tool

well posting after a long time, can anyone suggest some solid online c++ learning tool. I may have started learning the basic model for all programming language(like looping, excelling in algorithms or planning) but want to learn the languages by myself as i believe practicing planning for programming will take a lot of time and it will be a lot difficult for both for me and my tutor to make some room for language learning,
    pls anyone suggest one
btw pls don't suggest any book right now, as an hsc candidate of 2013, it will be difficult for me to manage a lot of time learning things from reading books
