They are readily available in IDB, Multiplan, Stadium Market etc. places. If you live near Mirpur-10 I think I have a few pieces available in my spares box. Thanks...

What do I tell them exactly when I go to the shop? I've a casing lying around which was both reset/power buttons not working.

Better to take out the faulty switch and show it to the shop.

This is actually a very common occurrence during Eid Ul Adha. I remember TVs and Fridges refusing to turn on due to the stabilizers picking up high voltage from the wall sockets and electricians having a really high demand during this period.

They usually look like this. Mostly same for average cases. But your mileage may vary. Remove your front panel see how it looks like. Oh, just ask for case switches at the small shops carrying cables, converters etc.

Nothing like that. In areas like Motijheel, Fakirerpool, Arambagh, etc. this is a common nuisance during Eid Holidays. The day prior to Eid or on the Eid day, voltage spikes are witnessed, and electricians are in high demand. I don't know what causes this, but it's a common phenomenon in the years I have lived in Dhaka.

It's a sign of God. He wasn't satisfied with their sacrifices.

@LizZzaRd and others if you find solution let me know details with shopname, one of the problems of my old pc might involve issue with power button (power button cable always on or something).

Facing similar problem for quite some time now. My casing is CS Spec 03, start button works after I press it over 5 times on average, restart button doesn't work at all, and the mic port has most likely never worked.
Kindly give update about how much it costs you to fix yours.
