High latency Problem on EU-W Server, what about NA Server?

Hi I have been playing lol for over a year. Basically I created EU-W account because I was in the UK for education purpose. But now I have finished my studies and got back to BD. I have tried playing lol from BD and the best latency I have got is 265ms (BTCL), it generally stays around 300-400ms (Banglalion WiMAX). Now my question is what's the best server from BD in terms of latency?

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

You will get high ping on everything because of the fiber cut problem.

But latency-wise : Garena>EUW>NA
Playerbase-wise : NA>EUW>Garena

Thanks man. So, right now I have both NA and EUW client installed on my PC and tried both on same network. The result is almost identical latency. But have got no idea about EU Nordic & East....
