    A good 550 watt psu should be fine. Try to get Delta or Thermaltake.

    500W psu will do fine ... my gtx 460 needs 160W ... and the 7850 only needs 130W ....

    7870 er tdp to kom, default 140 watt ( amd says 175 watt). 550 watt should be fine. Read the article:

    Yes i am Saying With my experience.. Because I used i5 2500K+ asrock z68 EX4 + GTX560 PAired with Delta 550W .. 560 Consumes More Power than 7870 .. So definitely 7870 will run with Delta 550W .....
