Eh. We're still better than U.S. tbh. Just read the horror stories about ISP monopoly, net neutrality etc. We don't have data cap (well tbf Link3 does have a cheap fast af but data capped package) and our ISPs don't throttle speed on this website or that. And if any of them do sth we still have a choice of competition.
EU and some Asian countries lile Singapore and South Korea should be ideal examples of internet infrastructure. Cheap, fast and no strings attached.
And you got weird af visions for future so I'm not gonna argue. Just tell your ISP to give you Steam/Uplay/Origin cache speed. If the customer care guy doesn't know jack-shít, tell him you wanna talk to engineer or sth.
Case in point, R6S had a huge 26gb update yesterday. The discoed was filled with Chittagong people posting 10 MB/s cache DL speed screenshots. They said it took under an hour. And that's just CTG. Also was Dhaka. Talk to your ISP man.
Maybe then you'll get yourself rid of this brain-dead ideas of USB mass storage future.
