Thermal Pad for GPU. HELP !
I Need some Thermal Pads to provide thermal conductivity between my chip and heat-sink. Does anybody know where can I get one ?

Conducts heat better than your average sillicon, which means your cooler can cool more effectively.

I know what Excavators are but "AnGeL" looks so gay especially the big "G" and "L".

Change it to a quality TIM. A decent TIM ought to be produced identical throughput just like this thermal pad used to do. Thermal pad although has its advantage of allowing relatively less air bubbles but this won't be a big deal anyway if you can put good TIM underneath the cooler base and know how to apply it properly.
The problem is, Mahfuz bhai, is the fact that there's a gap between the memory chip and the heatsink, and the gap can't be covered by just TIM, which is why the thermal pads are used on the memory chips.

Efat, you're right about the gap. Standard memory module needs not only a good conductive substance to transfer heat to the heat spreader and dissipate that rapidly but also it have to be adhesive type in order to attach the spreaders firmly upon the chips. Hence, no TIM can take the place of that and the gap exists because of that as well. But to my knowledge, apart from the ram flash chips, other cpu and gpu coolers won't have this particular issue since they're generally based on a rigid mounting setup. That's why I proposed the idea of TIM for this case. As the GPU chip formerly used thermal pads, it should be working with the TIM just as fine.
