I need to buy a brand new AMD Radeon R9 390. Can anyone tell me where can i get it from and the price???. It can be from any manufacturer. I especially want the sapphire version

You can look around at IDB Bhaban . AFAIK most retailers don't have it in stock but your last resort could be to find a second hand one from FB groups or online market places.
