Why would you want to pair a 6770 with a 2500k :/ get a cheaper processor and a better GPU. Well that is if you want to prioritize on gaming
    FTW!!!!!!!!!!

I support eXsTatik's opinion. Why not go for Intel Core i5 2400. Hopefully it will be plenty enough. With the rest of money go for better gpu. What do you guys think ?

    RAM: 2x2GB DDR3 2K

    Hard Drive: 1TB 9.8K

Graphics Card: Sapphire HD 7770 13K

    Power Supply: Gigabyte 460W 3.5K

    Monitor: 21" worth 12.5K

Casing: Space worth 1.5K (since you won't be needing the bundled PSU)

    Mouse, Keyboard & Speakers: 2K

    Total: 58K~ish

Those of you who would come up with suggestions like why you no suggest core i3 for a 52K worth gaming PC are overlooking the fact that it's a total setup which requires a larger budget, I forgot to add Optical Drive so add 1.5K More

Look for an i7 2600 non-K, and 16GB ram(even more if he can afford). You can use the on board IGP which is good enough for HD playback and ofcourse FB games and make sure he gets an H67/Z68/Z77 board.
