Arrow Upgrading PC - After a long time

I'm going to replace my current underpowered (but trusty) core 2 duo system with this one:

    - Intel Core i7 3770K 3.5GHz (3.9GHz Turbo)
    - ASUS P8Z77 V Delux Motherboard
    - GSkill TridentX DDR3-2400 MHz (PC3-19200) 2x8GB
    - Crucial M4 2.5" 64GB SATA III SSD
    - Bitfenix 4x USB 3.0 Super Speed 3.5" Front Panel (so that I don't have to throw away my thermaltake armor casing)

As some of you know, I already have NVidia GTX 580. If possible, I'll see if I can replace it with a GTX 680 but not anytime soon. If someone from you want to book the GTX 580 (still warranty left ~7 months), please let me know thru PM with your desired price quote. Please note, I can not 100% guarantee that I'll sell it; but I do have the plan to do so within next 2/3 months.

    Any feedback/comment appreciated.

All these components should cost around $950 (~75k BDT).
I use this computer for my professional work, personal work, gaming and entertainment. Therefore, I'm not hesitant to spend some extra money on it

Are the components bought already and en-route? If not, i would ask you to make a change:

Any particular reason that you 're set on the Deluxe? I mean are any of those extra features really necessary? - the extra USB 3.0s, extra PCI EX x1s, dual LANs or the built-in bluetooth etc. ?
If not, you can save some bucks by moving on to the Vanilla/Pro/ may be even the LE Plus (not recommending much though) - which ever seems alright to you feature-wise, because all of them will take you to similar grounds in terms of OCing. You can then spend that amount in getting a 128Gig SSD instead of that 64GB which might fall short, soon enough if not right now.

And, aren 't you getting an aftermarket cooler? :o

Btw CvP, please post in the correct section if you want to sell your 580. There 's a separate FS/FT section here known as 'BG Shop' and it would be more appropriate if you post it there.

Umm...that 'd be a waste if not paired with high resolution speakers or cans. Of course if he has a pair of good cans, a good SC (TiHD, or if there are no plans to get a headamp down the line, STX instead) would be worth it.

Hmm right.A good hp with a good sc brings the listening matter into a whole different level.I m using my cousins hp for last few days. When i paired it with my onboard sc it does't sound crapy but it does't sound anywhere near how it used to sound in my cousins pc which has xonar dx as a sc.

16+2 phase versus 14+2 phase and Ethernet ports IIRC. CvP it's a waste getting the Delux, save some $$$ and get an 128GB SSD.

I think an ac is enough.

    Btw, i just compared v, v delux, v le, v le plus.
V delux is the way to go. I dont want less USB3/more USB2, pci, ps2, dsub.
It is a pita to check these using mobile though.
