Default Why does my cpu usage always remain over 90%?!

I have intel e2200 cpu. My cpu usage always remains 90% and up and it goes to 100% while running any programme. My cpu temperature also remains so high like 70-72c. I have 2gb of ram. I decided to add an another 2gb. Will addind more ram take any effect? Or what can i do now?

The high temperature of your processor is due to the fact the processor is being constantly under load, and I suspect a poor thermal management as well because that temperature looks a bit high for a processor that isn't pushed constantly to it's full capacity.

Yes, clean with care or uninstall the cooler then reinstall it. I once dropped my CPU noise/temp by this process.

check if you are facing those issue or not
    1. using lots of gadgets, dock menu, theme can make your cpu busy and overloaded.
    2. check for virus it can also overload your pc.
    3. check if any unusual program running in your pc background.

    solution
    1. use normal theme or default, normal always best.
    2. you can use any antivirus which you like
    3. use avg pc tuner to check which program taking lager part of your cpu running process.

Hope it helps, Have a nice time.

In Windows 7 (with No Service Pack) there is a issue of Memory Leak and CPU overload on Idle... I used to face this problem always. Microsoft even released a Software (procexp.exe) to find the leak and kill it. Microsoft later fixed the issue with Windows 7 Service Pack 1. Upgrade to SP1 to solve this issue.
