Generic Host Problem

আজকে windows setup দিলাম, কিন্তু ঝামেলায় পরে গেলাম তো
abar সেই generic host problem back
net off হয়ে যায়, PC restart দিতে হয়, ফোরামে কোথাও দেখসিলাম একটা topic এখন খুজে পাইনা।।
কেউ definite solution দাও please....

one cheap solution is, when this message comes up, do not press any button on it, but just move the message window out of sight left or right of the monitor, becoz it is 'always on top'. then when an memory error message comes up, do the same. this way, net connection keeps working any way. so what you have to do is just not press any button.

no, this one doesn't work that way. if you just leave it there....after 4 or 5 mins, net auto closes, audio gets thrashed etc etc.

well, it happened when, at first, i pressed close message button. but later i followed this no-click-on-message-box practice.. then managed to save net and audio too. in fact, i was having 10-20 messages accumulated at the corner of the screen sometimes.

I had the problem in several PCs. But after installing XP SP3 the problem is gone. So upgrading to SP3 maybe an easy fix.

Try Changing ur date to 2-3 years back and check! :S
