they r usin pc to build this game but they r not releasin this in PC..

lol. they are making it using PC's doesnt mean they have to release the game for it, all console games are made using a PC lol.

Also you'll never see a 360 emulator in the PC simply because no PC is powerful enough. You need a PC at least 5-10 times more powerful than a 360 to emulate one. Heck there isnt even a decent PSP and PS2 emulator out yet lol.

Nah not really...its bcoz 95% of xbox360 game ends up being ported to the pc and hence no need for emulators ! After all xbox is not sony...jader xclusive totally console xclusive whereas xbox xclusive= xbox+PC
