Default Real trouble with 7870 ! Please Help Guys !!!

I've bought a new graphics card "Sapphire Radeon 7870 ghz OC edition" last week From IDB. My system psu is Thermaltake Tough power XT 675Watt and it's also brand new. But the problem is from last 4-5 days (After installing the psu and the gpu) when I playing games like Just cause 2 / Modern warfare 2 / Bf3 etc, after playing some time (like 30mintues - 2 hours or sometimes 10-15 minutes) it shows full black screen and then my monitor automatically goes to sleep. When I turn it on its showing "No signal" and it remains sleepmode. But my Cpu (whole machine) Keeps running, keyboard, mouse everything on but my monitor shows no signal and it remains sleepmode. I Can't understand what could be the problem. I am using an AOC 22 inch Full HD monitor. It has 1 VGA port, 2 HDMI port (No DVI port). So I am using HDMI connection from my card to my monitor. I've updated the driver also. I have catalyist 12.4 installed. My gpu temperature is showing ok 35-45 C at idle but when this problem happens I cant see the loaded temperature whether its overheated or not because monitor shows "No signal" and its off. I am not overclocking either my Cpu or my gpu. My casing is well ventilated also. It has total 4 exhaust fan (3, 90mm fan and 1, 120mm fan). I have rechecked every cable and they are tight. I 've scanned my whole system for virus and its totally clean. I've also changed the HDMI cable and cable is ok. Also I've changed the connection from hdmi to vga but this problem still happening in Vga mode also. Monitor runs fine until I play games on it. So, I think my monitor is ok. Please Guys help me to find out what could be the problem??? I am tensed like hell

Start playing games after 2 years and now facing this weird problem

Here are my pc spec :

    Core i7 2600k at default speed 3.4
    Asus P8Z68V Motherboard
    Ram Trancend 2gb x 4 = 8 GB
Sapphire 7870 Ghz oc edition at default
    Hitachi HDD 500 GB
    Thermaltake Tough power XT 675Watt
    Deluxe casing
    Aoc e2243fw2k 21.5 inch monitor
    Asus Rom and Writer

When my monitor shows "No signal" and off then this kind of sound come through my Speaker. I have recorder the sound and attached the sound file with this post. Hope someone can give me any solution.

Download AfterBurner, and check the log while gaming. Also check your 2600k's temp using p95.

Dude, this SAME PROBLEM. THIS SAME EFFING PROBLEM happened to me cause of faulty RAMs. I didn't bother RMAing. I over volted the sticks and now they run safe.
But over volting is something I'd not suggest.

When you bought a product from UCC, you should know you are half screwed. You will realize the another part of being "screwed" when you would sent it to RMA. Goodluck!!!!

well BSOD is sudden lock PC lock up leaving a BLUE screen on ur monitor with some codes written at the bottom (u can identify the prob if u can figure out the code)
also it can due to unstable/faulty RAM ,CPU ,GPU and also may be software related....even due to games
i got sudden BSODs during playing BF3 but this was before the update...Dice released an update and it was gone
but basically it can be anything may be ur PSU having problems feeding enough power to ur components.....so take ur time and check each component individually starting with RAM

Hope someone can give me any solution.

i just don't get one thing, does the entire pc go to sleep mode properly or just the monitor shows no signal? actually what happens if you hit the power/reset but at that time?
did you used to monitor trmps/fan speed during the gameplay? if not do that using afterburner...
your psu is more than sufficient for your rig but still it can be a faulty unit as well as the GPU itself. monitor the voltage of three different rail from bios or run OCCT psu test for a couple of hour(that stress both cpu & gpu simultaneously)

before doing full diagnostics or going for RMA, i suggest the following:
change your cable. Use the vga port instead of the hdmi port for connection between the monitor and the gpu. Use the dvi to vga converter that came with your card bundle. Now try running whatever was causing your pc to crash. If the problem goes away then it was due to audio over hdmi conflicting with your onboard audio/soundcard. If problem still persists then you have to go for other solutions.

Sorry couldn't read the OP properly. If I had to guess, it's your GPU. Download AfterBuner, open the graphical tab and keep it running while you are playing. It's either the GPU shutting itself off/PSU not providing enough power. Do what anonymous suggested, OCCT is your best bet to emulate a gaming(3D) load. If it shows the same scenario, it's most likely your GPU/PSU.

ok, i know my suggestion is really stupid... But i faced the 110% similar problem. My gpu was a reaaallly old radeon x1050. I downclocked the gpu a little, and everything was ok. Urs is the latest gen gpu, so dunno much bout it, but u can use afterburner to downclock it and see the results...
