Feedback about new site and forum

Guys (and gals), post your feedback here.

we already have our hands full but we still want your opinions.

- the site is being rebuild from scratch.
and it will be better than ever.

- the forum is also setup from scratch except the old posts were imported.
therefore, many things are broken esp thread links and sigpics. we just have to bear with it.
there was some internal technical problems. so we had to take this step.


new vB has some interesting options. i hope you guys like 'em.
do remember that not everything is completely setup yet.

for the time being, only three themes. more will come in december i.e. by the end of this year,
everything (including the site) will be in top-notch state.

me and cvp are working from last night.. actually posts and user accounts and all were imported very quickly, yesterday at night, but both of us were busy today so finalized things this evening. sorry to all for the delay but hope you'll like the new features. like cvp mentioned, technical problems with previous installation of forums and homepage has led us to a fresh reinstall.

one big step is site-wide integration; we've introduced a new look homepage which is integrated with vbulletin. now you can log in to the forums from homepage and get exclusive forums info from there too.

as this is a fresh install, we mainly imported user accounts, posts and threads, avatars etc. from previous forums. so you'll find other features and mods and skin/themes missing, but we'll implement them gradually again so that the forums will get to even better shape.

Looks great, but I think the text color needs to be darker and size increased a little bit. Its a lil difficult to read from 1 feet away.

i find the blue berry best, so made it default.
dark ice for black loving people.
cocoa is here is you think blue berry is kinda "washed-out".

and if you dont like any of them, default vb theme is here.
until we develop our own theme, i don't think there'll be any other themes added.

old themes are not compatible with the latest version.

btw, check out the QUICK LINKS at the top of the page. the NETWORKING secion of it contains some interesting things.
esp. social groups, friends, albums.
you can also go to your profile and edit it a lot unlike before.

more smiley spam = smiley count reduced to 15.

btw, i really like this rockon smile..it kinda cheers me up
