    Default Budget 1080p monitors?

So, I was looking to upgrade my current samsung (1600x900,TN panel) monitor to a 1080 IPS panel...But i'm on a tight budget..
What are some cheap, yet good options?Whats the minimum price of a 1080p monitor in the current market?
    Any suggestion will be appreciated.
Budget is 10K +/- the cheaper the better.

    TIA

Get http://www.startech.com.bd/asus-vx229h-22 this if you want this is probably the best. Otherwise hp es/er both are pretty good also maybe try lg if you have amd gpu.

Dell one is the cheapest so try it if you want nothing fancy, it's not too bad either.

For panel please get IPS anti glare ones, I'm sure most people aren't competitive enough to salvage the extra usefulness of TN 1ms panels.

The Dell monitor is glossy, so be wary if your room has lighting from windows there will be reflections coming from screen.

ips panel is okay but if the response time is not good and the ips panel is steriotype ( I have doubt they even have any solid ips on this budget) then there is no point on investing on it. va panel is also good these days mostly targets on the budget market with extra facilities. avoid asus monitors they have the most failure rate on monitor sections in last 2 years compared to any other brands

Although IPS is slower than tn, it's not really noticeable unless you are really sensitive or picky. Whereas the IPS panel's wider angel and richer color is more perceivable and worth the extra money.

The gaming monitors in this price range are usually AM-VA and AH-IPS, not pure VA or IPS. Both modify the original tech to increase response time by sacrificing some of their other factors. Also there are PLS panels from Samsung which also have similar performance.

Hmm....Thanks for all the infos....The monitor will be used primarily for gaming and some movies casually....However, I dont have problem with high response of the IPS panels as im not that good to take advantage of low response times....So, suggest me something good overall monitor...

Also the monitor with the best viewing angle is preferred....So which one should i go for, among these options?

I would always demo the monitor in person before making judgement.
