this video says it is possible through a micro USB Adapter Converter Cable. slightly different but give it a try and let us know if the same system works with Qubee or not.....

    wrong answer.

if the question is if a qubee shuttle can be properly connected to a android tablet? the answer is yes

but using that modem requires drivers and other configurations that cannot be done on an android device at the moment.

My question is why would you do that?

if you have a laptop use a wifi hotspot software like connectify to make your laptop a wifi router and use your tablet

if you dont have a laptop get a usb wifi lan card for your PC and use the same soft to make your PC a wifi router.

and at the end best solution is to buy a wifi router.

No, you can not. Connectify is just an app, it'll need a system turned on for work.

Besides, why do you even care if the lappy is turned on? With proper ventilation, they can run for days without any issues whatsoever.
