    Default psu

guys suddenly my corsair tx got damaged and need to be rmaed.
I know its kinda weird, the thing is that my pc suddenly went out one day after load shedding, then when i turned my pc on, there was no display and a chassis fan was not functioning,(note that the chassis fan was attached to the mainboard connector. the peripherals connected with the psu seemed to be all right, besides after removing the gfx card and bending the dvi port to built in gfx, it remained same )
after assembling all the parts again by a known engineer, it got all right.
and my papa bought me a 1200va ups.
then, 3 days later, after taking long time being shut down, the problem seemed to grasp my attention again,
that time when my papa brought our known engineer, he told me that the psu was ok, u might have a problem with ur mainboard, after checking all the parts separately
so i send the board to rma, and they told me that there was no fault in the board, and convinced my papa that it was mere an assembling problem, if we pay them only 500 taka, they will do the job properly.
so i sent it to them
and now the tragic part comes
after waking up from bed, i was shocked being informed that the psu was not running in their custody(meaning the psu started, then after short interval the fan of psu stopped functioning ) this problem was not occurring in my house
still i didn't receive my psu
    what should i do?
as it was bought from thailand, it will take time for the whole rma process
i have two options now in mind
-buy a toughpower xt 675w and sell it when my corsair arrives
-look for a 2nd hand psu and do the same process
-and if my cousin manage it within 1 months, keep patience
    now pls suggest more
and i don't know what actually happens,
sorry to mention that they were computer city engineers(supplier of asrock boards in bd)

Get a delta 500/550w psu and use your gtx 460. Then after the rma sell it. And mentioning @REVx bhai & @FATAL1TY bhai on behalf of @shafi bhai.

I'd go with the last option:
-and if my cousin manage it within 1 months, keep patience
The Toughpower XT 675W is an excellent PSU, but not enough to warrant two 560s if you are planning to overclock that 2600K. You can also take a look at the A-Data 850W, which should be similar to your TX as it uses a CWT unit(again, same as the TX but not the V2). But my question is why did you not buy a good quality UPS/IPS before, you did spend quite a lot with this system, I'm surprised why didn't take the time to buy a good UPS.

In either of these options u cannot run dual 560s. So its better to wait IMO.
Or just run with 1 560.

Like I said over phone yesterday, if you can't hold your patience for a month get a 500-550W then and run only one 560 for the time being. I don't see a single point of getting another high performer PSU as a temporarily replacement for mere one or two months top.
You could also quest for a second hand one with that wattage range as long as its from renown manufacturer and not much heavily used.
