@nirzhar , Wellcome to BG! As I don't know about current market price lets just discuss about what you can buy. You can try to get your pc a little late like 2nd half of the month. By then new gpus will come. You might grab a hd7750(@~10k) with a tt lite power 430w psu. And get any h61 mobo from ecs/gigabyte/asus/msi with i3-2100. 4gb ram will be enough. But you may get 8gb ram (4gbx2) as 4gb rams were quite cheap. For casing look for tt v3 or maybe any good looking casing with 2/3 fans. Do you have a hdd? If yes then use that. Morever You won't find any good sound card under 7k. So, wait a bit and know the prices. Then you can finalise your build.

    TT Litepower 500W - 5200
    speaker - 1000

    dvd writer - 1600
    samsung/lg monitor 18.5' 1366x768 - 8500

Prices are approximate so you will actually save some money bargaining. Prices are taken from http://www.bdstall.com and http://www.ryanscomputers.com

gpu - Wait till fresh stock of mid-tier gpus come to the market. 6670 is not good for gaming, you need something more powerful. Hold off on buying the gpu, start saving more money and buy a better gpu later.

Okay here is my suggestion ..i have read all ur requirements and gonna suggest u on that basis :

    Giga h61+i3 2100 = 16.5k
    4gb 1333bus ram = 1.8k
    320gb hdd = 5k
    Case atx = 1.5k
    Sam dvd/rw = 1.6k
    Psu delta 400w = 3k
hd radeon 6670 = 8k [if u r lucky enough to find one]
    Speakr = 1k
    Kb + mouse = 0.6k
    Any 18.5in = 8.5k

    Grand total = 47.5k

*I think this is the best u can get,as u r in a tight budget*

And ya 6670hd gddr5 is quite enough for playing the current games at high/highest settings at 1366x768res w/o AA ...

    And ya wc to bg...

Putting a ups in this budget is very tough..i think u have to buy some 2nd hand parts wid waranty if u wanna buy ups..and the speaker u mentioned costs 2k..the radeon hd 6770 costs 10.5k ..so i think u got that its quite impossible in ur budget..if u want all new parts with ups, microlab 223 and hd 6770 then u have to increase ur budget to atleast 55k

    ---------- Post added at 11:28 ---------- Previous post was at 11:21 ----------

edit : 6770 is slightly better at some sides than 7750 .. Though both of them has the same price tag afaik..

Will it b possible ?
Okey afaik delta 400w doesnt have a 6pin cnctr so it cant handle 6770..bt if it has a 6pin then sure it can..and ur next option is tt 430w lp which is 3.5k..Again if u wait till the next month , i hope hdd price will decrease..otherwise u can buy a 2nd hand hdd with waranty at 2k/2.5k for now and when the price decreases buy another one and use 2hdd together..6670 is not available and is not going to be shipped anymore..so u have to buy a 2nd hand with warranty..and for using 2 cards (crosfire) u need both cards of the same series i.e. 66xx (some mods may allow u to use dffrnt series cards, sry if m wrng) and ofcourse u ll need a better mobo which will cost u more than 12k..So, imo when u need an upgrade u can sell ur , older parts (gpu) and buy a new one or now u can buy all the other parts xcpt the gpu then save up and grab a 7770 when it hits the bd market..And abt the suggestn of @travel160 i dnt knw much abt amd cpus , as i ve never used one bt frm the previous suggestions of this forum it seems that intel performs better than amd at gaming..

Well 8k is quite a good budget to buy a used card..and ya u can get many games withn ur budget bt that wont last for 2 year..try to search idb if u r luky en0ugh to find a 6670 gddr5 then its going to be the best deal 4 u otherwise a gt440 gddr5 ..bt if any of these is not available then other cards are ddr3 versi0n which is a little bit sl0wer and i w0nt suggest u to buy them for 7/8k..And ya the new cards are already arriving and they costs a lot..withn nxt week all the new cards wil b availble

    Actually only series e sobkisu na,card er clock speed,vram,architecture egular upor o depend kre card er performance..so just 7 series or 5 series doesnt matter..and ya u cant compare a 68xx series card with a 77xx card..again a 68xx with 58xx..560 will b en0ugh to play with high/med settings upto mid 2013 i supose..
