    Default warranty problem of my asus sabertooth x58 with Global Brand Help plz

    Hi, Friends. This is my first post in Banglagamer. As the title suggest I have bought a x58 sabertooth mainboard from Chittagnog Computers, Multiplan Center, Elephant Road on 26/06/2011 Along with Intel I7 950. about Four months ago the board stop working. I RMA'd it to Chittagong Computer. as usually they send it to global. But After about a week Chittagong Computer Replied to me that they CAN'T RMA'd it because it has fungus.

    But, How come a board with Certificate of Reliability proving protection against moisture and salt spray can be effected by fungus?

    I have personnaly contacted with global they said also me that they can't replace the board because of physical damage. But I say its only fungus and you have certified that fungus never come on your board?

    So now Global is Denying any kind of warranty. They also say that the board only has 1 year warranty!

    I have emailed to Asus. Asus replay me a mail saying that, they have forwarded it to related department. After few days Asus regional office in India send me an email asking for image of the board and I did it. After that, they dont replay me for a long time. Then I personally contact with Global again and they said that THE ULTIMATE FORCE feature is not valid for Bangladesh. So they dont give me warrenty for fungus.


    The Problem of the Board is its power light turns on in green color. But When the Power Pins are shorted it doesn't boot.

    So how can u guys help me.
    Any suggestion will be highly appreciated

    global ekebare diner belar CHORRR.ei karone ami intel prefer kori coz of deir reliability.sure dey don' hav hardcore feats but dey'll last u longerrrrrrrrrrrr. . . . . . . .i still remember global gtx570 ansilo @32.5k nd didn't reduce da price b4 stock was over

    Fill in all details including purchasing details and global's refusal to give warranty.

    You should get a positive response within 2 working days.

    FWIW, sabertooth mobos usually have 4 or 5 years warranty...

    exactly this is the thing i did when they refused international warranty of a asus laptop, after this i got a call from their head office

    it really sounds weird that a pcb gets denied for warranty for fungus, those stupid son of ¤¤¤¤¤¤¤ even don't know how to fool a customer with proper educated reasonings
