Why is Crystal Maiden not played in the competitive DoTA ??

This is the hero that has one of the most powerful ulties in the game ,DoTA .
A good initiater , got a gr8 stun kind of skill which stops the enemy hero for 3 seconds , got massive spamming skills along with the awesome global mana-regeneration , which goes up to 2.4 mana regeneration per second .Heroes in other lanes can spam the hell out of the opponents .
And finally the imba ulti ,I heard this hero has the highest ulti damage in DoTA .

What do you guys have to comment about this hero ??
And why do you think this hero is not picked and played in competitive-DoTA ?

Low armor and strength kills all of those good things! You can say the same for DP, but she just got a major buff.

I think that its not wise taking brilience aura early game, and its useless late or mid game. Nothing else is wrong with her i think. HP is low, she needs to rush BKB anyways.

That was one of the first heroes introduced in competitive DotA, back in 6.27b days! Of course, I doubt Snakey even knew the word "competitive" back then. You know what I mean.

I guess she also needs a nice Animation buff and a better attack damage projection too.

And, one more thing, she's not a bad hero in Competitive DotA, as Ks.PPX has been showing lately, but it's just that there are better hero choices! Lina/Lesh/Pit Lord can do what she does but better! And, about Ulties, we all know Competitive games are not won or lost by Ultimates! Team-work, Co-ordination, Initiation, and a whole lotta love are needed to win in DotA! Am I not right Snake?

She is one of those heroes who are just waiting to be introduced in top tier gaming. Imagine a team playing Zeus solo, Sand Lina/Leshrac and CM Centaur/PiTlord/Shaker/Juggernaut/Slardar/Morphling....All these heroes can pawn ¤¤¤ with mana early game...CM goes Bite-Nova-Bite-Aura-Bite-Aura-Bite-Field-Nova-Aura-Field-Aura-Nova-Nova-Stat-Field.....You can just rip your opponents heart out...

There is a replay in SP replay thread of CM being played in the league...watch it if you can find it.....

BKB is necessary, but not absolutely....I would go for a Dagger ealrlier than BKB...only exception is if the opponent have Tide...30,000 damage in 3 seconds means 10,000 persecond....Even 1 second actually is enough..

Not anymore,da new BKB sucks, almost all disabling spells such as uproot,roar and pasives such as bash works on BKB and hav i mentioned da new BKB is only for 5 secs or so

actually, LESS. because, before, there was a chance to do insane damage on certain places (esp, near maiden). but now, damage is very much evenly distributed. so usually, units take a little less damage on avrg.

I did play CM in 6.54 , trust me its imba , even though there was a na who was targetting me , NA used his ulti on me then empale mana burn after that I myslf GG-ed the battle trust only ulti , also with the help of ma allies .
But dint play it after 54b .

the greatest problem is not NA..but the fact that a CM be taken down only with RAW hits in less than 3 seconds.
remove CM's regen aura, give her "windrunner" spell (even a nerfed one)...see CM being one of the top picks.

Or improved str gain. Aura taking has no point i guess. Who would take aura over slow and disable? MS bonus or STR gain or CvP like skills needed to get CM running.
