A GTX 560 would be better, but it's out of your price range. The HD 6850 is your best bet.

Go for a Gtx 560. I'm using a 560 Ti and its a total beast! Also, with 16k, the 660 is also within your price budget. GTX660 is around 200$ which is around 16000. And the 560Ti is on par with the 6950 HD by AMD. So, it beats its 5000 series counterparts by a long shot! Believe me, this card ahs the best price/performance ratio. If you can save up a bit more, then I highly suggest the Direct CU II version from Asus. Better cooling, so its easily OC' able. But again, GTX560/GTX660 is your best bet. Also, try going for nvidia as they have Advance PhysX support and better softwares and drivers.
