Which ISP is best for Mirpur sector 12

I have recently moved in Mirpur 12 block : C
So My roommates were using broadband from some (SR communication) or something and that Broadband service is terrible . Its slow and a very high ping . Almost 700-1000 ping always. I want to move to another ISP but since I am new in this area I dont know which ISP will be better for me . I mostly play dota-2 , Lol sometimes , Vainglory on my Phone. And Guild wars-2 ( mostly guild wars 2). From time to time I also check out many steam games. Pls suggest me a good reliable ISP .
P.S. I also need to stream from kissanime.ru time to time.

No . I have talked with them they dont provide in sector 12

29 Communications isn't bad, they have a few upstream choices (or used to).
