Yes sir - u will too feel fear when a lousy virus will find its way to ur important files and do things to it; or when they will sneak into ur office servers and start hiding critical update files.

Had none of these but I had mse64bit. It found around 1500-2000 threats which this guy couldn't take care of. Lost lotta softs. After that used NIS n Dr.Web in safe mood. Worked for me. Others might not have the same luck.

NIS = Norton Internet Security ?
If not then other antiviruses execpt the two I mentioned are utterly crap.

Yeah, It was Norton Internet Security. But I don't put much faith in only 1/2 brand only, thats why tried a lot of of antiviruses. But I gotta admit NIS served my purpose. But MSE served me well for some time. I like it bcoz its light and its detection capability (not removing) is awesome.

Getting a Antivirus is much better or use "Human Detection". XD

Kaspersky emon kisu bhalo na. Norton slows down ur PC. ESET has great heuristics. Bitdefender has good detection.
I'd say emon kono Av nai bajarey jeta kina detection ar cleaning e ek number. Keu detection expert to keu heuristics e bhalo.

Virus jokhon dhorbey tokhon besh bhalo bhabei khoti korbey jodi stand-alone PC na hoi. WIN32.Darkbot - chhilo LA NOIRE e - er kaaj chhilo guruttopurno file hide kora ar nije key bibhinno jaiga te copy kora - delete koreo kisu kora jaito na. USB drive diye chhorsey plus pura offiec network e dhuksilo. Hard-line gula disconnect korey pura ekta server rebuild kora lagsey.

No Av helped. MAlwarebytes, Combofix ar GDATA use korsi. GDATA has twin engine, one frm AVAST AND one frm Bitdefender. Detection rate is too good. Removal not so - important files muchhey dei! GDATA also slows PC way down!

I'd say emon kono Av nai bajarey jeta kina detection ar cleaning e ek number. Keu detection expert to keu heuristics e bhalo.

Virus jokhon dhorbey tokhon besh bhalo bhabei khoti korbey jodi stand-alone PC na hoi. WIN32.Darkbot - chhilo LA NOIRE e - er kaaj chhilo guruttopurno file hide kora ar nije key bibhinno jaiga te copy kora - delete koreo kisu kora jaito na. USB drive diye chhorsey plus pura offiec network e dhuksilo. Hard-line gula disconnect korey pura ekta server rebuild kora lagsey.

No Av helped. MAlwarebytes, Combofix ar GDATA use korsi. GDATA has twin engine, one frm AVAST AND one frm Bitdefender. Detection rate is too good. Removal not so - important files muchhey dei! GDATA also slows PC way down!
Emon kisu bhalo na bolei to duitai amar pc pura virus free rakhe & slow to je kono AV ektu hoileo korbe but norton kom resource tane than kaspersky. Norton use kortesi & Never looked back. Well, Slow atoi korle then live with the viruses eating all ur files & win7 e temon ekta dangerous virus o nai, XP is more vunerable. GDATA, AVAST, Bitdefender all are pure B.S. . Well have u used the 2012 ver of KIS/NIS/KAV/NAV ? If yes then u should see that either of these dont effect performance nowadays & ami ekta Samsung F4 diyei performance hit kacchina, judi monehoy slow then get a SSD.

Why u suing that condescending tone?

Ami amar opinion bollam. Ek ek jon er user experience ek ek rokom hotei parey.

Ekta kothai bolbo GDATA is not bull-¤¤¤¤ (do read reviews and see its detection rating) - it saved many ppl's lives when they literally cud not boot into their O/S due to virus. It boots into a LINUX shell and cleans whichever system u want - no need to install. However, it tremendously slows down PC - so I've seen many ppl to not keep it installed and cleaning isn't that great - might get rid of ur exe files.
