    As from overclocking's point of view, yes, and if you don't wish to overclock, it's possible that you can run the ram at lower clocks with much tighter timings.

    Well, I am not going for CPU OC anytime soon, so these 2133MHz running at 9-9-9-24 would be pretty sweet, right? Althought I think it will be below 2133MHz then, something around 2000MHz something. Still would be really good, I think.

    unless you OC anything, it will run at 1333 mhz on your pc. your i5 750's base clock is probably 133mhz thus (133*10x)=1333mhz and 133*16x=2128 mhz northbridge/memory controller frequency iirc...........
    hence your current 2GB+2GB @8-8-8- will be faster due to the lower latency and and double data transfer rate(if you don't OC)....

    yes thats it... your rams are currently running at 1338mhz(669 x 2) as your stock northbridge frequency doesn't allow anything higher than this....
