If i buy original xbox 360 and games then can i play them without any hassle like mod/hack ?

I admit i'm a noob and it's true. but i'm really pissed at choosing a console between xbox 360 and ps3. so i need you frank suggestions.

1. if i buy an original xbox 360 and play original games in it then will i have to mod/hack them ? i mean can i play without any hassle ?
2. how much it costs to join xbox live ? 12 month subscription ? i want to be legal on this. so can i find any store where i can buy this legally ?
3. If i use original xbox 360 and play original disc in it ,then can i update anytime when it asks ? i mean can i update legally without any hacks or mod ?

DON'T BUY XBOX 360. anyway....

1) Yes without hassle. no hacking required
2) expensive. 4-5 k atleast. You can buy it from games paradise
3) yes you can update it. Original games are expensive. BEWARE . You can't update it if it has mods installed .

best idea.go ps3 cuz it has mroe exclusives and its somewht new user friendly(in my choice though).

besides psn now sen is and has been free to play online...or u can jst go for xbox if u like the controller tht badly (i like it so i bought one like it for pc hehe)

Buy Original 360 its a bit cheaper then PS3's and you can play Live with me (if Want live its 300Tk per month) so maybe 2500-3000tk for a one year subscription.

1. XBox 360 Original 250GB Slim + Playing Original Games in it + XBox Live
2. Playstation 3 Original 250GB Slim + Playing Original Games in it + PSN [Free]

i've come across through google that psn often get way more lags than xbox. is this true ?

It is to some extent and PSN GETS HACKED, Last year MILLIONS of Credit Card Numbers were stolen, but this never happened to microsoft so i recommend getting a XBox 360, OR buy Original PC Games, which will save you from buying an expensive console.

1.Dont buy xbox 360 if you want originals and online nad playing with modded console just waste of money 2 din por pore nhosto hobe as you dont know much abt it
2.Originals...Console for hardcore games ps3 is the best of the best opinion..
3.Without this hassle of consloe...switch to pc gaming cheap and less risky...
