    Default Speaker Subwoofer problem

Speaker Model : Creative Inspire T6100 5:1 Speaker (Low end Speaker)

3days ago I got a creative 5:1 Speaker From my brother ... I plugged In my PC , But There Is a Big Problem .... Subwoofer Always Noise Like Dhip Dhip Dhip Dhip , It makes Totally a Disguisting Sound , It Like Someone Is Hiitting in my head By Hammer .. Sometimes Subwoofer Become Ok , But Noise happens 70% of the time ... When My PC is in Idle , This Noise Also happens ...... But My brother Used this Speaker In his LAptop , but He could USe only 3 Speaker , bcz his Laptop Doesn't Support 5:1 ... But he Didn't face Any Sub woofer Problem

    Now my Question IS :

    1. What IS the Problem ?
    2. HOW I can Fix This Error In my home ?
    3. If not , Then where I can Fix this error ?
4.How Much It will Cost ?

Edit :Subwoofer's Dhip Dhip Noise Happens Even Ehen I Disconnect my 3.5mm jack From PC

I also had the same problem so i opened the subwoofer and noticed a capacitor has gone bad(u can identify them by corrosion or swelling) so i replaced it and the woofer is still running well.....u may try it as-well but before doing it make sure that it is a hardware problem and cables are ok.
