In powerguard ups the beeping noise can be turned off, but the inverter itself makes slight buzzing noise which might or might not irritate you.

I opened My UPS & Put a tape around the speaker ,Warning Transformer of UPS will keep the Charge even after unplugging it ,you should take the ups to any tv repair shop & tell the guy to do the same thing or even better if he has any alternative solution

Yeah, I need a good UPS that will survive mor 30+ minutes if I dont play games.

And I hate these beep beep sounds UPS makes as if I dont know electricity is gone...

The current UPS I have lasts me only 5 Minutes, 2 minute if I play games. And it's a pain. Especially when Windows 10 will manage todownload an Update and then I cant shut Down PC without installing the updates. And if PC powers off at that time- there is a great chance of killing the OS.

Thanks for letting me know that I can charge my UPS battery.

But looks like its more complicated process and it's easier to buy a better UPS which doesn't beep beep...

Hate the beep. At night when I sleep, this thing starts to beep.

What if it means they limit our PC usage as well? In holidays or when schools are off, I play for 12~15 hours.

Load shedding happens here almost everyday.

But I miss the old days where there was no generator and I had to use candle.

Too bad these generators can't handle PC. SO what's the point?
