Default Need to buy a tablet within 20-25k

I'm looking to a buy a good tablet mainly for university. So I need something that

-Can be used to read e-books or notes for long periods of time
-Has a good display and good battery life
    -Preferably a larger display
-Specs are a secondary priority. Don't matter a whole lot
-Android preferred. But Windows options will also be considered.

I want to get it from Bangladesh, don't want to order from aborad. Also having a warranty/guarantee would be very useful.

    What are my options?

    Thanks in advance.

unfortunately can't find anything which running on android , if you really need something android friendly you can always use bluestack to run android applications on laptop or desktop they are very user friendly and bugfree in most of the cases

Do some research on which tablet to buy from here : https://techtablets.com/
Then decide which one you would like to buy and order it from aliexpress or official site via different fb groups.
