Default Is there anything like a PCI to SATA III converter???

Hay guys, I have the Asus P5P43TD pro mobo, which supports SATA II 3gbit/s but not SATA III, which is a problem if I wanna use any SATA III SSD with it. In that case, the SSD will be bottlenecked at abt 280KB/s instead of getting the desired 500+ KB/s. Now, a lot of people suggest to use a PCIe to SATA III controller which can be bought at about 30USD, but as for me, I have 2 PCIe X1 slots & one of them is occupied by my sound card & the other is hidden beneath my GPU. So, my only option is to use the spare PCI slots left below. So can anyone gimme any info about a PCI to SATA III controller?

Bro, even if something like this exists, I'm sure it'll require a PCI E X16 slot atleast (just like the USB 3.0 adapters) but I'm just speculating, do some googling with SATA III adapters or something.. If anyone would know about this it would be either @Mazhar or @minitt bhai, I hope the two of you won't mind being tagged.
